Ogden Students Perform Well at Regional History Day 2015
March 20th's Regional History Day at Weber State University went really well! Our Ogden kids impressed everyone! The following students won 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in their category and age division:
Matthew Rees from Taylor Canyon
Annie Roe from Taylor Canyon
Maddox Lister and Zach Oveson from Taylor Canyon
Jacob McShane from Ogden High
Marissa Salerno from Ben Lomond High
Yasmynn Alacio from Ben Lomond High
Lily Jones and Jessica Haro from Ben Lomond High
Congratulations to these students who have advanced to the State Utah History Day on April 18th at Murray High School, save for the Primary grades who top out at the regional competition.
In case you want to get a jump on next year’s History Day 2016, the theme will be Exploration, Encounter, and Exchange in History.
We will be in touch with the students moving forward for another revision check in.
Elementary Students Enjoy Interacting with BLHS Student Organizations at Literacy Night!
