Student Medication Reminder
Please note the following medication procedures if your child needs to take medication at school:
- All medication must be brought to the office by a parent or guardian
- Medications must be in the original container or prescription bottle
- A completed Permission From for Prescribed Medication from the Genesee County School Health Services must be completed in full and signed by a physician (for prescription medication only).
