Ready To Rock
11-26-18
Message from Karol Koehler
Here are my busiest times:
7:00-7:50 for morning meds, parents, etc.
10:50-11:30 meds and diabetic care,
12:15-1:20 meds, diabetic care and nurse's lunch.
During these block of times if student traffic could be limited to emergency symptoms: active vomiting, bleeding not controlled by a bandaid, asthma with symptoms of breathing difficulty, severe allergic symptoms, or any symptom that would be a danger to a person if treatment was delayed. This will help ensure that scheduled students are seen and in the case of the diabetic students issues can be dealt with. This can also be of use for the teachers- they can let students know that there are certain times that the nurse is not as readily available.
Campus RSVPs
Please send Ms. Kensing a list of parents from your homeroom who will be in attendance for any upcoming Field Trips, Parent Engagement Events, Classroom Parties, etc.
She will print out name tags ahead of time for these individuals and we will use the lists to check individuals in at the door.
Anyone who does not RSVP will have to go through the office for check-in with their ID.
