Medication Pickup - Thursday, May 7 (10am-2pm)
For families with medication in the clinic, we will follow these procedures.
- Medication pickup will run like carpool. You will drive to the front of the school and the nurse will be at a table outside the front door.
- Only ONE individual will get out of the car with their ID and approach the table. You will sign the medication form with a pen of your own (sanitized pens available).
- The nurse will then hand you the medication and a form for next year if needed. You may leave medication in the clinic for next year, but a new form MUST be submitted at the beginning of the school year. The nurse will not be distributing medication without the form for 2020-2021 school year.
- If you leave medication in the clinic and it expires before August 2020, it will be destroyed.
Please email Kim Varner at Kvarner@forsyth.k12.ga.us if you have any questions.
Pickup of Locker Belongings
- Family members are required to wait inside their automobiles. Only students are allowed to enter the building. This is so that we may limit the number of people in the building to 50 or less.
- Following the assigned dates, we will send out a form for anyone who was not able to come to the school on the assigned date and time. We will not allow students to enter during other times so that we may limit the number of people in the building.
- Students must wear a mask the entire time they are in the building.
- Students must maintain a distance of 6 feet from one another and from staff.
Thank you in advance for your understanding, patience, and concern for the health of your fellow Panthers.

RMS Football 2020 Update:
Good Afternoon Panthers!
This message is for ANY 6th or 7th grade student interested in being a part of the 2020 football team.
With school being out through the end of the year we will be modifying some processes. The most obvious being Spring Practice/Tryouts. I do not know what the future holds, but I want to be proactive so we are prepared to get to work as soon as it is safe and we get the green light. One way we can do that is by beginning to gather information. I need to two forms below completed if you have not already done so- the sooner we get this done the better. Please have this done by next Friday, April 24th.
Please take a moment to join our remind by texting @2697ge to 81010. I will try to send updates through remind 101 and directly to your email after this messenger blast. Make sure you complete the above forms to be on the email list.
Thank you,
Brian Sudderth

The Place of Forsyth County
The Place of Forsyth has been working to support families during this difficult time in our community. This includes helping to distribute bags of food so that our kids and families have the essential items that they need. The Place continues to receive first time requests for assistance from families, including several who are in need of support due to the financial impact they are facing because of COVID-19.
Creating meal kits for families and giving financial assistance requires additional resources. We are confident this community will help us meet the needs of the most vulnerable during this time.
