Last week of school activites
On Tuesday, May 24th, we will have field day. We will update you on times when we have received a schedule. Students will need to bring their tie dyed shirt, a bottle of water, and wear sunscreen that day.
On Wednesday, May 25th, we will have our end of the year party. We will be having a brunch from 9:00-9:30. An email will be sent from your child's homeroom teacher asking for brunchy items and help setting up or cleaning up. We would appreciate any and all help that we can get. At 1:15, we will have our final second grade six week celebration. Students who have had perfect attendance all year will be recognized on this day.
On Thursday, May 26th first, second, and third grade will be having water day. We have ordered several large water slides so that the students can enjoy their last few days of second grade. Please send your child with a swimsuit (and a change of clothes), towel, and have them wear sunscreen.
Finally, on Friday, May 27th, will be our last day of school. We will have a sing-a-long in the cafeteria from 8:30-9:00. Students must stay at school until 10 to be counted present for the day. We will also have early release that day at 12:45.
