Before leaving, decide on Meeting #2 date/time. Communicate pages goal to group for Meeting #2 in 1Note. - @Meeting #2: as a group, select another Discussion Protocol you would like to try. Before leaving, decide on Meeting #3 date/time and record it in 1Note. Finish book by Meeting #3.

Digital Small Groups
Your team will need to participate for 3 hours, in order to get clock hours. Due to the asynchronous nature of digital groups, your time for each “meeting” will be divided between your initial contribution to the meeting and your responses to the contributions of other participants.
Please start your Book Club by December 1 and wrap up your Book Club by the start of Spring Break. Here are the suggested steps:
- Via TEAMS, decide on a page goal and date for adding your initial contribution to each meeting and date by which members will reply/respond to other group members. Record this information on your groups OneNote Page.
- @Meeting #1: your group will use the “Round Robin” protocol to share a reflection about the pages read and pose a question to the group. All group members will make a post and respond to all other members.
- @Meeting #2: your group will use #booksnaps to use the “Final Word” protocol. All group members will share at least one #booksnap and respond to all other members #booksnap.
- @Meeting #3: your group will use FlipGrid to use the “Four A’s” protocol. All group members will share their 4 A’s in a short video post and respond to all other members video responses.
- If your group would like to try a different discussion protocol or digital tool, go for it! Lynnelle is happy to support your group with ideas and setting up other tools
- Sign clock hours sheet on Lynnelle’s desk when you have finished all 3 meetings by Thursday, March 28.
