If you can correctly identify the different examples and explain the meaning of the figurative language, you can take the assessment. If you can not identify or explain, you will need to complete more practices.
Assessment
See the teacher for the Figurative Language Explanation Assessment when you are ready to demonstrate your ability to explain the meaning of figurative language examples.
If you are able to explain different examples of figurative language, you may move on to Level 3 Analysis. If you can not explain figurative language, you will need to do more reviews before you can take another assessment.
