Analyze, Decide, Improve
This week's PLC is dedicated to our Data Analysis process. We will dive into our data, celebrate successes, identify areas of growth, and make intentional decisions to improve. Be sure the Chavez Data Protocal form is complete before arriving in PLCs.
Our students showed what they are capable of during ACPs. With our continued help and dedication, they can succeed even more. Last week was the time for celebration and getting students back into routines and procedures. Now we move forward, take our next steps, and continue towards the path of STAAR and the Spring semester.
Parent Teacher conference night in on Thursday, January 18th. Be intentional - how can we structure these conversations to make improvements and gains in student achievement? What successes will be shared? What parent partnerships can be formed?
The Spring semester, everything speeds up and our instructional time is more critical. BE SURE to READ & REVIEW the email from Lopez - reminders and updates of our campus expectations as we move forward. Chavez staff have to speak with one voice, be aligned in our student expectations for us to succeed. Our staff procedures must be followed so time can be focused on student improvements instead of locating gaps in staff miscommunication.
We have made strides in ACP growth!! But that is step One. Now we are on step Two. Keep it up.
Our students are learning, instruction is thriving, lets continue our movement!!
Onward!
