Not so Healthy after all.
Have you ever woke up in the morning and said to yourself I'm going to go on a Gluten-Free Diet. Well just because it was all over the news doesn't mean you should go on a Gluten-Free Diet. You may just be paying more money and may be killing you're self by eating Arsenic.
Gluten-free and regular
Gluten-free Muffin: Cost more and has more calories.
Regular Muffin: Often less sugar and less sodium.

Following a wheat free diet means that you don't eat anything made with wheat. Yes I know that means no pizza unless it is Gluten-Free. That includes many types of bread, pastry, and pasta. Some people don't eat wheat because they don't like the taste. Other people have a condition called Celiac Disease. That means eating wheat makes them feel sick.

If you going to go on a Gluten-Free Diet it's important to know that it can set you up for some nutritional problems. Like only 8% of adult patients heal on a Gluten-Free Diet. In a 2009 journal study it looked at 465 Celiac Disease patients and found only 8% of adult patients reached having there gut tissue completely recovered after following a Gluten-Free Diet for 16 months. I know disgusting but it's just what happens!
The Author stated: That it is very rare to recover from Celiac Disease from following a 16 month Gluten-Free Diet.
Should or Shouldn't
A Gluten Free Diet cost more and has more calories. Also you will probably increase your exposure to Arsenic. (Arsenic is a posin that can kill you.). You will also gain weight. You might also be eating Gluten anyway. Last but not least you will miss a serious health condition.

Reactions? Yes the reactions are Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Constipation, Fatigue, Bloating, Heartburn, Anxiety, and Anemia. Additional symptoms of Gluten allergy is Trouble Breathing and Ulcers in the mouth. I know gross right?
Do you think Gluten is bad for you?
Gluten is proteins found in Wheat, Barley, and Rye that allows dough to rise. As yeast ferments sugar releases carbon dioxide, gluten inflates like a hot air balloon giving breads and cakes their delectable texture. Some celebrities are allergic to gluten or just don't eat it like Chelsea Clinton, Drew Brees, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Oprah Winfrey and so many more.
What percent of Americans are allerject to gluten?
Experts estimate that about 1% of Americans have Celiac Disease. They say the population is going up.
Is Gluten only in wheat?
People that have Celiac Disease can't eat wheat, pasta, bread, flour tortillas, cookies, cakes, muffins, pastries, cereal and so much more. Am I making you hungry?
