FINAL EXAMS
May 19th (1st, 3rd, 5th period)
May 20th (2nd, 4th, 6th period)
*NO EARLY FINALS WILL BE GIVEN
SENIOR CHECK OUT
Teachers - make sure you have returned any equipment or classroom supplies
Library - return all checked out books
Athletics - return all uniforms and equipment
Nurse - pick up any medication that was left in Nurse's office
Bookstore - make sure you have no outstanding fees
Technology - chrome books must be returned in the Library either Thursday 5/19 or Friday 5/20
ALL SCHOOL BOOKS, EQUIPMENT, etc. MUST BE RETURNED AND FEES PAID TO ENSURE THAT SENIORS WILL RECEIVE THEIR DIPLOMA
SENIOR SUNSET
- 5:30 PM - Dinner in Cafeteria, SENIORS ONLY - casual dress
- 6:30 PM - Ceremony in Gym, time capsule celebration, most inspiring teacher, slideshow - Seniors and Parents invited - SENIORS wear Cap and Gown
**SENIORS - remember to bring your Cap & Gown for ceremony after dinner.
SENIOR TRIP - MAY 21st
Seniors will be attending Disneyland and California Adventures, including Grad Nite special event and are expected to return to CHS at 10 :00 AM Sunday morning.
Graduation Practice
TUESDAY MAY 24th
- 6:30 PM - SENIORS ARRIVE to Large Gym to line up
- 6:45 PM - Begin March to Coyote Stadium for practice
GRADUATION PRACTICE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL GRADUATING SENIORS
FEES
Any Senior that owes fees will not receive a diploma.
Fees must be taken care of by Tuesday, May 24th.
CHS Bookstore is open Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 2:45 pm.
Fees can also be paid online (link below)
ONLINE PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY FRIDAY MAY 20th.

Seniors must complete their required 22 credits in order to participate in the graduation ceremony ALL ONLINE transcripts must have been received by May 1st
ATTENDING GRADUATION
There are no restrictions for number of guests per graduate.
The stage will be set up on the NORTH end of the field. FEMALE graduates will be seated on the WEST side and MALE students on the EAST.
We ask that all in attendance be respectful to all who have come to share in this special event. Individuals who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior will be removed from the event.
For the consideration of others, please DO NOT bring airhorns, noisemakers or balloons.

Graduation Ceremony Parking
GRADUATION ATTIRE
- GIRLS - Dress or Dress slacks and dress shirt
- BOYS - Dress slack with dress shirt and tie
*NO Jeans, shorts, flip flops or tennis shoes
GRADUATION CAPS and GOWNS MAY NOT BE DECORATED IN ANY MANNER
Standard issued TASSEL is the only tassel that will be permitted.
GRADUATION CEREMONY
Wednesday May 25th 7:00 PM
- SENIORS must be in Gym by 6:15 PM
- SENIORS, must carry cap and gown to gym - do not wear them.
- DO NOT bring any other personal items into the gym, it will not be secure during ceremony

GRADUATION/SENIORS Q & A
I think I earned a cord, Where do I get it? Cords are given out by the club sponsor or staff member that is over the specific group. There will be a staff member with unaccounted for cords in the gym Wednesday before graduation begins.
Are Seniors getting yard signs this year? YES! The signs have been distributed - if you have not received your sign, it can be picked up in the bookstore.
When will I get my yearbook? Yearbooks are expected to be delivered by May 20th. Students that have pre-ordered and paid for their yearbook can pick it up in the bookstore. If you did not pre-order one, but would like to purchase one, there is a list you can put your name on and purchase one if there are extras.
