About the painting...
"Mona Lisa" was created sometime between 1503 and 1506, and could be on of the most popular paintings of today. I find this painting to be so interesting because the girl in the painting has no eye brows or eye lashes. I never noticed this before, and I find it to be interesting. It has no new techniques in it, besides new colors and new styles of art being used. This related to "Humanism" because the painting is about a human, and has no reference to religion in it. Today, you can see this painting in many art books, and copies of it all around the world.
