Reminders regarding AM drop off:
A) Busses drop off in the back. Parents drop off in the front. Athletic doors will be locked at 7:20am sharp. This IS inconvenient for students, however, we don't sacrifice school safety for convenience.
B) Please use the WHOLE drop off in the front of the building...drive all the way to the end of the drop off zone. Students do NOT need to be dropped off one at a time at the front door. Morning drop off is not the OSCAR's. Students be ready to exit the vehicle when you enter the drop off zone. Parents if you need to come into the school prior to school park in the visitor lot not drop off lanes.
IMPORTANT INFO for students: Starting Monday, January 23 student will receive Saturday School detention if they are out of class without a pass after 5 minutes each period. We expect students to be in class and focused on instruction. ***Up to the this point students have had 10 minutes, we are raising expectations.
Saturday School- The list for Saturday School is growing and the consequences for not attending are real. Students will lose an academic grade until they complete the required number of Saturday School detentions. Currently students receive a Saturday School detention if they have excessive tardies or they are loitering in the halls 5 minutes after class starts.
