FFA News
Next week is National FFA Week and in honor of it, the Granger FFA Officers are hosting a coloring contest for grades K-4.
Granger FFA Officers will be picking one winner from each of the following divisions: K-1, 2-3 and 4th grade. We will be announcing the winners next week after turn-in. Each winner will receive a prize and have their coloring page sent to the state and be entered in the Texas FFA State Contest.
We will need the coloring pages by Tuesday, February 20 by the end of the day.
Thank you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Our PTO Rocks!
Thank you to our awesome PTO! They have gone above and beyond again with the cutest hydration station! So many treats and choices! The teachers and staff had fun making their own creations and using the recipes given. For lack of finding the correct words to express our excitement, it was so cool!
The Cutest Valentine Pet WInner
A shout out and thank you to the Faculty and Staff who shared their awesome pet pictures with us! Another shout out to fourth grade students Eric Marin and Audrey Tucker for helping to make bulletin board decorations.

A Gifted and Talented student is defined as a child or youth who performs at or shows the potential for performing at a remarkably high level of accomplishment when compared to others of the same age, experience, or environment (TEC 29.121). Gifted and talented students are found in all cultures, socioeconomic groups, geographic locales, and environments.
Teachers, parents, or counselors may nominate students in grades k-11.
Before a nominated student is screened to determine eligibility, parent permission must be obtained. If you are nominating a student, please let Mrs. Miller know and she will send the permission slip home with the student.
