Ten Easy Ways to Create an Amazing Classroom Culture
Take a look at this list of super easy ways to build a classroom culture. Which ones are you doing? Which ones could you easily add to make your room a place students look forward to every day?
- Greet kids at the door.
- Play music to liven up the day.
- Go out of your way to make your first interactions positive.
- Call parents early.
- Have ideas what you are going to do, but always tailor it to the students in front of you.
- Design the classroom with your students.
- Find out the passions of each student and tap into them.
- Find out their dreams, and try to help them move closer to their goals.
- Have them ask question every single day, and find those answers.
- Love them.
