Kindergarten Registration 21/22
Do you have a child who will be at least 5 years old by August 31, 2021? Will they attend kindergarten in the Mukilteo School District next fall? Registration for kindergarten classes in the 2021-22 school year will begin March 1, 2021.
Starting March 1, you can register online https://www.mukilteoschools.org/Page/15280 or make an appointment with the school office to pick up a registration packet.
Many elementary schools will have their own kindergarten programs. Some students will attend Pathfinder Kindergarten Center, located behind Fairmount Elementary on Beverly Park Road, based on their home address. Use the online kindergarten look-up tool to enter an address and find which school your kindergartner will attend.
Kindergarten students living within the following five areas of the Odyssey Elementary attendance area will attend classes at Pathfinder Kindergarten Center. All other students will attend full-day sessions at Odyssey (map):
- 1007 130th St. SW - Hillcrest Apartments

The vaccines required for school attendance are established by the State of Washington. New students must be current in immunizations to attend school. A new state law states that students who are out of compliance with immunization requirements will be excluded from school until those conditions are met. Learn more about the state’s new immunization requirements on the district immunizations website.
Minding Your Health with Mrs. Cass
Hello Orca Families!
As we close February, I would like to thank all the families that participated in our Kids Health Challenge. It was a wonderful success, raising $953. We appreciate your kindness and generosity, and hope the kids had fun learning about their heart health, while simultaneously saving the hearts of others. You are truly heart heroes.
Moving on in health, we will finish learning about keeping our hearts healthy, and the benefits of exercise. From there, we will move into nutrition, including the MyPlate Food Groups, the three types of food energy, and some of the basic nutrients our bodies need to thrive and maintain optimal health. Cheers to healthy hearts and healthy eating! - Mrs. Cass
