One for the Record Books!
October was Amazing!!
I am so floored by all of your efforts this past month. Whether you sold one BCA boutique item or 20, our team certainly made a difference to the cause just based on our combined sales alone. I think this was one of our biggest months ever... We had over $30,000 in team sales! That's huge!
A few stats...
Everyone our Top 10 in Sales sold over $1000 this month and earned $100+ in business supply credits! There are 7 of you who have already earned their $500 for $99 coupon with over $2000 in sales! That's fantastic! And 5 who earned the 5% commission raise by selling over $2300. That's at least an additional $115 in your pocket! That should come in handy this as you do your holiday shopping! Finally, there were 4 Charmed Impressions who earned their watch with over $2500 in sales! A seriously incredible month of achievements! I am so proud of all of you, whether you sold $500 + to earn those free business supply credits or if you made it to the top ten. You should all feel proud and excited for what this month will bring!

A few stats...

Now, how did we do all this? By booking and holding trunk shows, offering fantastic customer service with follow up calls, coaching hostesses to collect those outside sales, and leveraging the BCA boutique, flash sales and trunk show exclusives to add to our October sales!
If you check out the picture below, you will see that our team collectively booked 30 trunk shows in October. They could have been in-home hostess shows, on-line shows, vendor events or fundraisers. 24 of those shows ended up with at least one order!! That means that only 6 shows for our team either cancelled or just didn't get any orders. That's pretty darn great!!
What can we take away after looking at these numbers? That sometimes shows get cancelled or rescheduled, vendor events don't have any sales, or that on-line show flopped. It's most likely going to happen to all of us! So, if you (like me) are shooting for a personal sales goal in November (mine's $10k), be sure to pad your calendar with a couple of extra shows to cover those that might not work out the way you had hoped.
Focus on the in-home shows as those are less likely to end up with no sales. Treat vendor events as booking opportunities rather than expecting big sales. And recognize that on-line shows are hit or miss - it really depends on the hostess's level of participation.
With all of this in mind, and looking at our team trunk show line up below with 31 booked shows, let's see if each of us can add two shows/events to our November calendars! Squeeze them in if you can. This way, when we end up with a cancellation or a flop we aren't going to stress out about it because we have our calendar padded with a couple of extra shows! We'll be like ... What? Me worry? Nah, I've got it covered!

Then be sure to share a picture with what you want on the larger First Impressions Facebook page. I have a feeling there might be something fun associated with all those pics soon. ;)
