Rosa Parks
This is Rosa Parks. She was a woman who wanted to do civil rights so blacks and whites could be really express the way they felt about each other. She also was a very brave woman.
Birth and Family
Rosa Parks was born in February 4, 1913 in Tuskegee, Alabama. Her father was a carpenter, and her mom was a teacher. When Rosa was two, her parents got a divorce. Rosa had a hard childhood. It was hard because black and white people still were not getting along at that time.
Childhood and Education
Rosa Parks did go to school as a kid, but she had to come home from school because her mom got sick with the flu, and Rosa was scared that her mother would get sick. So sick, she would die. But it turned out that her mom would be a-okay!
Collage and career
Rosa parks did not go to collage. She attended a secondary school that was organized by the Alabama teachers.
Accomplishments and Leadership
She got blacks and and whites to get together, like Martin Luther king jr. She wanted to meet Martin Luther king jr. in the year of 1955, she got to meet him.
Why I feel this person is a leader...
I feel that Rosa Parks is a leader because she wanted to do many, MANY civil rights to help blacks and whites really understand each other.

Rosa had gone on a bus expecting a nice ride, but she was brave and sat in a white only seat. A few minutes later... Rosa was arrested.
