ELA
Students in ELA class are running with the ball, literally! We started our new read aloud, Unstoppable, by Tim Green. Students are loving the content and hate when we have to stop! Next week we will be continuing our read aloud and including work on meaning of unknown words to include figurative language. In addition, we will be assessing students to see if they are reading and comprehending on grade level. Students will continue station rotations and small group work as well. Encourage your student to submit their Patriot's Pen entries to their respective ELA teacher. Also, all students should be reading 30 minutes each night.
