Principal's Message
Dear Red Hawk Families,
It is with mixed emotions that I let you know that I am retiring from TVUSD. I have served 9 years as a teacher and 29 years as an administrator. I am looking forward to being able to spend more time with my family. I have truly enjoyed my tenure at TVUSD, especially my four years at Red Hawk Elementary! I will miss the RHES students most of all! You have done an amazing job as parents, raising such caring, polite, resilient children!
As soon as I find out who the RHES Principal will be for next year, I will let all of you know! I will work closely with the new principal before I leave so that we can ensure a smooth transition for the students, staff and families.
I want to thank you for all of your support as we have worked together through some challenging years. I appreciate all of you very much and wish you all of the best in the future!
Fondly,
Mrs. Greer

MY CHILD FORGOT HIS/HER LUNCH, WHAT HAPPENS?
If your child forgets his/her lunch, bring the lunch to the office with the child's name and teacher's name clearly marked on it. The lunches will be taken out by our noon duties to the lunch tables. Students will not be called during class to notify them that they have a lunch being held.
Damaged iPads
Crossing safely
Dear RHES Parents and Guardians,
During drop off and pick up, PLEASE only use the designated crosswalks when crossing the road or parking lot. Cars cannot always see you and your child when you cross where there is no crosswalk. There have been many close calls lately, and we want everyone to be safe. Likewise, even if you are with your child and feel that you can make it across without being hit, there will be times that your child may be crossing somewhere alone and feel a false sense of security outside of a crosswalk. Thank you for your understanding!!
