SLP Online 7/8 Families,
I hope you enjoyed the long weekend, doing something you truly enjoy and found time to relax. It’s hard to believe that we only have 33 days of school left. It seems like only yesterday we were starting the 2021-2022 school year and now here we are, about to send our 8th graders off to the high school!
These last 33 days will be filled with a lot of fun and learning. It’s important to have a conversation with your child about the importance of finishing the year strong, getting caught up on any missing work and keeping up with current learning opportunities. As always, if they need some support with organization, prioritizing the work that needs to be complete or just someone to talk to, Mr. Luecke has a Panther Time each week and is always an email or phone call away for support!
If any of our online 7th and 8th graders are interested in attending the lock-in on Friday from 2:30-4:30 p.m., they are more than welcome. Just swing into the office and let them know that you are an online student and they will let you sign up for $5! Words can’t express how proud I am of all our 7th and 8th grade students. They have navigated another year of twists and turns and have come out stronger because of it. The lock-in would be a great way to celebrate a little. If they are able to attend, we would love to see them there!
As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Associate Principal
