The prince said "...Capulet, Montague, see what a scourage is laid upon you hate..." (pg. 1101, lines 315-316) to the Capulets and the Montagues because the hate between them made two of the their loved ones kill themselves because it was forbidden for them to be in love.
Act 2, Scene 2
Romeo says to Juliet " Tis but thy name of my enemy. Thou art thouself, though not a Montague..." (pg. 1023, lines 41-42) because even though they are supposed to hate eachother and be enemies they would risk anything to be together.

Act 1, Scene 5
" Is he a Capulet? O dear account! my life is in my foe's debt." (pg. 1016, lines 131-132) is what Romeo said to Benvolio when he had kissed Juliet , a Capulet. When he found out she was a Capulet he felt as if he had committed a sin because they were supposed to be enemies and hate eachother.
Act 3, Scene 5
When Juliet talks to her mother she states, "...I will not marry yet; and when I do, I swear it shall be Romeo, whom you know I hate.." (pg.1067, lines 136-137) because even though she is supposed to hate him she can't help but love him. She risks her life, and her image to be with him.
