MBMS Family Learning Environment Preference Survey
We are preparing to reopen our schools for in-person learning pending current health orders on January 19, 2021. Our school will follow a concurrent teaching model, meaning teachers will instruct both on-campus and virtual students at the same time. To maintain social distancing, on campus learners will come to school on either Mondays & Tuesdays OR Wednesdays & Thursdays. All students will participate in independent virtual learning on Fridays.
Please respond to the survey to communicate your learning platform preference by December 7th if you would like to update your choice.
For families that do not respond to the survey, placement of your student will default to your prior preference.
Below are your options:
1) Option 1: On Campus Learning - students would return to school when allowed for in-person learning. They will come to campus two days per week, either Monday & Tuesday OR Wednesday & Thursday. All students will learn virtually on Fridays.
2) Option 2 - Virtual Learning - students will remain virtual for 100% of their instruction five days per week.
The MBMS Family Learning Environment Preference form is due by December 7th.

Community of Kindness Lessons
We have officially rolled out our school-wide monthly Community of Kindness (CK) lessons. Meadowbrook is proud to continue the valuable work that started over ten years ago to allow all staff & students a time to discuss, interact & focus on building up the positive and kind community that we have. This year’s focus is Connections. The first 2-day lesson in advisory this last week discussed the purpose of our CK lessons, the importance of connections and offer different opportunities to get involved such as 6th grade mustang leader lead lunch bunch zooms and a pledge to continue our No Place for Hate community campaign. We hope you take the opportunity to ask your student about the monthly Community of Kindness lessons and activities.
