The 7th Amendment
In suits at common, law where the value is controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by a jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

The Seventh amendment is a piece of the Bill of Rights this amendment proposes the right for jury if the case is over $20.
Wall Damage
This wall is an example being over $20. A escaped convict caused this hole with explosives but was caught. He was sent the court because the damages were over $500. The court found him guilty because of the death of 4 men.
Court Case Tull v.s The U.S.
The U.S. filed a civil suit against Tull. People believed that Tull was discarding fill material in wetland that violated the Clean Water Act. The U.S. sought over $22 million and injunctive relief. The court denied Tull's motion and had judgment for 325,000 court affirms denial and the supreme court granted court.
