Natural Disasters
in 2004, Hurricane Charley hit Florida Charley's winds were close to 150 mph, making it an extremely dangerous Category 4 hurricane.Charley caused 15 deaths, ten of which were in the U.S. It caused about $14 billion of damage to the U.S.

History
Orlando was founded back in the 1838. During the 1880s some of the pioneers started growing citrus trees. The growth of Orlando in size and prosperity was associated with the need for better transportation to citrus markets on the part of citrus growers. Orlando, has approximately 200,000 people located in east/central Florida. Orlando is the sixth largest city in Florida. The Orlando metropolitan area is home to nearly 1.8 million people.

My five places on my map is my home, school, mcdonalds, and two shopping places. My school is liberty middle school. I visit the mall and waterford lake a lot. My home is located in Rio Pinar. By my house is also a McDonalds, which i also like to go a lot.
