2024 Kindergarten Promotion Event Details
Come celebrate the end of your Kindergarten year!
What: A fun celebration of our young learners as they launch into 1st grade!
Where: Tempo Park 13125 Fair Oaks Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95610
When: 9:45 AM Arrival & Lawn Seating Set Up
10:00 AM Promotion Ceremony begins
This ceremony is optional. If you choose to participate, please follow the checklist in this newsletter. Future newsletters will be sent to participating Kindergarten families only.
Event Highlights!
- Photo Booth with a cap and gown to use for photos
- Commemorative Certificates for all participating students
- BYO Picnic lunch with other Cottonwood Families after the ceremony. (No food will be provided. Please bring your own lunch if you'd like to participate.)
Please note: We are unable to provide seating at this venue. Please plan to bring your own lawn seating (picnic blankets, picnic/beach chairs, etc.)

For students attending promotion

Participant and Attendee Registration
Please use the link below to reserve your tickets. Your reservation will be linked to the promotee's name. You have until April 26th to reserve your tickets.
While this is a FREE EVENT, it is helpful if only committed participants register. Thank you for your thoughtful registration. Please double-check your calendar and consider any potential conflicts that could interfere with your attendance at this event before you register.
In the last step of registration, PLEASE indicate how many supporters will be attending!
Special Occasion Attire (Dress Code)
Kindergarteners are not expected to wear gowns for the ceremony.
"Special occasion attire”
Wear shoes in which you are comfortable walking on grass, as this ceremony will take place outdoors.
No jeans or flip-flops are to be worn by any students, please.
Caps and gowns will not be provided.
We will share directions to make your own cap at home in the next newsletter for those choosing to participate.
