Maps and Resources
Grade Level Curriculum Folders - This is in our Curriculum folder on our Fierke shared drive. You will see all grades. Just select your grade to access all subjects.
When you select your grade level, go to ELA Curriculum Guides. In there, select 2023-2024 Curriculum Maps. You will now see two folders: Writing and Reading/Phonics. Within these folders, you will see each unit listed. For example: 2023-2024 Unit 3 nonfiction. These Learning Progression Charts outline exactly what should be done for each unit. Teachers are to use these charts and resources as you plan. Please live and breath with these. We will be seeking feedback.
Data Cycles
MAP testing is now complete and we will have our K-5 academic data days next week. Now that our benchmark testing is done, use your math data coupled with your curriculum maps to determine your first Data Cycle for this year. What are you measuring and why? Damien will be meeting with teams in the next couple of weeks to check in on your data cycle process and progress. Make sure your Data Cycle docs are updated from last year here so you start strong.
