Requesting Documents for College Applications
Students can begin working on college applications as early as this summer. Students should be mindful of each college's application process and make note of deadlines, number of required recommendation letters needed (if any), and scholarship deadlines. We encourage students to make a copy of this application organizer and use it to assist in staying organized!
After students submit their college applications, they can begin requesting documents (transcripts, letters of recommendation) in Xello. Please follow the appropriate flow chart based on the type of application you are utilizing.
Apply Texas and College Specific Application Directions
*Please note that we recommend that students who are applying to UT Austin utilize the Apply Texas application. This will cut down on additional steps when submitting an outside recommender.
Summer Access to Xello
During the school year, students access Xello through the AISD Portal by clicking on the Clever App. During the summer, students will not have access to Clever, therefore cannot access Xello via the AISD portal.
To access Xello during the summer, please follow these directions.
