Enrollment and Device Deployment:
Enrollment will continue in the cafeteria--with social distancing rules enforced. Parents will be directed to the entryway of the cafeteria; their temperature will be taken; and if cleared, parents will proceed to the cafeteria for enrollment procedures. Each enrollment setting will consist of no more than 6 ipads for online enrollment. All paper enrollment will be completed in the parent's car or off of the school grounds. Paper enrollment forms will be brought back to the school after completion. After enrollment is confirmed, parents will be escorted to the library to retrieve device(s). Social distancing rules will continue in the courtyard leading to the library. Parents will line up on the West side of the front of the library. Library workers will confirm district questions and the librarian will have the parent to sign for device(s). Device is then located for retrieval. After retrieving, the parent will exit the courtyard on the east side, use the front east gates and proceed to the parking lot. No parents are allowed to enter the library or other areas of the school except for the front office.
Note: 1. Students that are in the district will receive their devices immediately. If a student is enrolling from out of the district, devices will be distributed within 48 hours.
2. If the student is already enrolled, the parent will simply be escorted to the library. Temperature will be taken at the library door, then deployment procedure continues.

Below, please see an example of a student schedule so that you can review this with your student.
Staff:
Remember that we have early I.T. PD on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings starting at 7:30 am for all core area teachers. We will have locations for various teams soon.

· Many different people in the background, beyond just the student’s immediate family
· Background in a motel/hotel, outdoors, or public areas
· Student/parent unreachable for periods of time
