Message from Mr. Burns
Hi Wims Families,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend! For those golf enthusiasts like myself, I hope you enjoyed the Masters golf tournament this weekend. I am sure my family is glad it is over:)
We continue to have our MCAP testing this week. Please review the MCAP scheule for your child to ensure they are on-time to school on those days. We begin testing right after our 9:00 a.m. bell rings. Thanks for your support!
Have a great evening!

Dear Families,
We hope everyone enjoyed this beautiful day!
It’s certainly hard to not start thinking of summer on a day like this. But we aren’t done yet and we NEED YOUR HELP!
We need lots of volunteers to successfully pull off the Variety Show. This is an important evening for our talented Wildcats who are working so hard to prepare their acts. If you can find some time to volunteer, it would be so appreciated! In addition, we still need help from our K-4th families for our 5th grade promotion night. This is your chance to give these students the sendoff they deserve, as they leave Wilson Wims and head to middle school. We are asking especially our 4th grade families to pay it forward, as your students will be receiving their own promotion next year. If you are able to help, please sign up here.
We need the support of our community with Staff Appreciation week! Each day during the week of May 6 - 10, the PTA and school will be doing something to thank our wonderful teachers and staff for all they do for our students. We are seeking gift card donations for a fun gift card raffle! They can be of any variety but must be limited to $20-25 each. Please sign up to donate a gift card or two if you are able - we only have 7 so far & lots more are needed!
Finally, please mark your calendars for our May PTA meeting on Tuesday 5/7 at 6:30 in the Media Center - we will be electing a new Treasurer and Secretary for the 2024-26 term, and we need the vote of our membership - details coming soon!
Have a Wonderful Wildcat Week!
