The Mustang Minute
Week of April 29th - May 3rd, 2024
Principal's Message
Mustang Family,
Last Monday we celebrated our Seniors at our annual Senior Awards program. Special shout out to our counselors who worked so hard to make it all come together, led by Mrs. Katherine Partridge. Also, a very special shout out to our Yearbook/ Journalism teacher, Ms. Bailey Jordan for using her amazing photography skills to capture the special night. Check out the pictures from this memorable event below (click on the flyer to view pictures).
We are pleased to report that the STAAR testing season has concluded, and we extend our appreciation to our teachers for their diligent preparation and our students for their hard work. As we move forward, we turn our attentions to the upcoming AP Exam season as we close out the 2023-2024 school year. We encourage all students to remain focused and dedicated to their studies as they approach these important exams. Best of luck, you've got this. Click here or check out our AP testing schedule and check below to read more about it.
Tomorrow, Balfour will be on campus to deliver cap and gown orders to our Class of 2024 Seniors! As always, please make sure you have your student ID, as you will need this to verify your order. Without your student ID, you will not be able to pick up these items, no exceptions will be made. See below for more details.
Finally, we want to thank Coach Curtis, our GHS Softball team, and her coaching staff for a great softball season this year. Our Stangs fought hard but came up one run short in their playoff game on Friday night, ending our season.
Rah, Rah, Rah...Mustangs Fight!
Alex
