A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MR. HUFF AND MR. RHODES! They have invested an incredible amount of time and resources into making this team a well trained ROBOTICS TEAM.
ALSO... the time, resources and support that the team's parents put into the project was amazing! EVERY student had representation at the competition!

Helping students achieve their education and vocational goals is a primary focus of the funding efforts of the Hendersonville Rotary Club. The Club wishes to make significant contributions to the education of our young people by assisting teachers in implementing innovative and measurable teaching practices.
Grants will be awarded to teachers in June 2016 using the following criteria:
- The project builds on but does not replicate a past successful grant project
- The project is replicable
- The project includes the children's parents
- The project prepares students for opportunities for advancement further
education or employment.
- The project can become long lasting and self-sustaining
- The project focuses on an area not funded by traditional methods
- The project can attract additional matching funds
- All of the criteria do NOT have to be met. However, an increasing amount of
compliance increases your chances of receiving a grant or a full grant.
- Maximum for each individual grant is $750.00
Projects may be in any area of study such as science, math, reading, writing, language, economics, life skills, health, visual, vocational or musical arts and all grade levels.
