Tony Reyes, Executive Director Comite De Bien Estar, Inc. brought in a donation for our Gadsden Elementary School District #32 Marching Band, for their upcoming London, England trip in December 2024. Thank you for your contributions Mr. Reyes, we appreciate all the support given to our students.
SWJH Math Counts Hosts Math Bee🐝
A total of 94 students participated, 12 students from every school within our district. Congratulations to all of those who were brave & bold enough to accept this challenge.
& a BIG congratulations to our top 3 finalists.

💡21st Century After School Program💡
San Luis Middle School Scorpions🦂
Mrs. Guzman's 7th and 8th grade students, applying their learning about colors and patterns, as they engage in the creation of their very own tie dye shirts.
Students also used their knowledge about ratios and proportions as they mixed water with powder-dye pigment to create the tie dye solution which was used as their paint.
Rio Colorado Eagles🦅
3rd graders worked on a Water System Project, learning how water gets to their home from a water tower.
4th and 5th graders learned about how Hydraulics is helpful when workers need to reach high or lift big or heavy objects.
AZALAS Aspiring Leaders: 📚
This year, our district has a team of future school leaders participating in the AZALAS Aspiring Leaders Cohort along with teachers and staff from school across Yuma County. We would like to recognize the extra work our teachers are putting in to participate in this learning opportunity to continue to strengthen their practices.
