State Testing - 9th and 10th
State testing continues this week for students in Algebra and Biology
Students taking the test need to have a charged chromebook and plan to report to their testing locations first thing (you can check www.rtischeduler.com to determine your testing room).
Students are expected to meet the testing behavior expectations and will be rewarded for doing so! We are excited to bring back Chat, Chew, and Chill and make it bigger! Ask your teachers for more information.
Seniors' Last Day
The last regular day for Seniors is Thursday, May 1. 1st and 2nd period exams are on Friday, May 2nd.

Basketball Tryouts
*Varsity Girls basketball tryouts will be Tuesday May 14th from 3:25-5:00pm. All students trying out must have a current physical & report card the day of tryouts. Those interested need to contact Coach Frazier for more information about tryouts and open gym workouts.
*Varsity Boys basketball tryouts will be May 7th 3:25-6:00pm. All athletes must have a physical and a report card on hand the day of tryouts. See Coach Mullins in the gym to sign up.
Track Tryouts
There will be Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys track tryouts on May 6th and May 7th after school. You must have a valid physical to try out. Tryouts will be located at EHS or the track dependent on weather. If the tryouts are at the track there will be bus transportation. Make sure that you bring workout clothes with you.
Volleyball Tryouts
Volleyball will have tryouts May 15th from 4:00-6:00 pm. All students trying out must have a current physical & report card the day of tryouts. Those interested need to contact Coach A for more information about tryouts and the open gym schedules.

Student Council
If you want to join student council for the upcoming school year, applications are due to Ms. Duncan or Mrs. Blair no later than Friday May 3rd. You can pick up an application from Ms. Duncan in room 2425 or from Mrs. Blair in room 2720
Thespian Troupe 42
Our next Thespian Troupe 42 meeting will be in Mrs. Davis' room Monday April 29 at 7:15. We will be hearing campaign speeches from our prospective officers, and discussing the rest of the year. If you are an inducted thespian, or if you are inducting this year- you are STRONGLY encouraged to attend. See you there.
Healthcare
Mrs. Skinner's Foundation to Healthcare and Principles of Sports Medicine students participated in a healthcare emergency simulation today with assistance from our El Dorado Fire Department! Students had to work together to assess, call for help, and provide CPR to the patient.
