CPR ISN'T HARD
But it could save a life.
ITS JUST THREE EASY STEPS
1. CALL: check if the victim is unresponsive. Call 911 if the person is not responsive and not breathing or not breathing normally.
2. PUMP: if the victim still isn't breathing normally, begin chest compression. Push down in the center of the chest around 2 inches 30 times at 100 beats per minute.
3. BLOW: tilt back the head and lift the chin. Give two breaths each one second long.
IF EVERY PERSON THAT SUFFERED FROM A HEART ATTACK RECEIVED CPR..
it could save over 200,000 lives per year. Giving CPR between 0 to 4 minutes after symptoms are exhibited make chances of brain damage minimal. Act fast and safe a life.
