fun and it is a great way to ensure your audio is working.

- Streambeats.com - Copyright-free music
- Classroom-Safe Playlists - Middle school teacher, Josie Bensko (@maniacsinthemid), creates and shares classroom-safe playlists on Spotify.
Timers
Timers are a great way to keep you on track and to help your students monitor their work or break time.
This series of timers was created by Lauren Heil (@Ed_designLauren) to support all learners. The timers do not have distracting music or sounds and the ending noise is less alarming than other timers.
Timer on Top of a Website
If you have a website projected to your audience and you want to have a timer on top of the website, follow these steps:
Find the timer you want on YouTube.
Start the timer and double-right-click on the video (the first right-click will bring up a menu, but it's not the menu you want, you have to right-click again).
Select Picture in Picture from the second menu.
Break Timer
Have participants set the timer on their phone to remind them when to return from a break. They all carry their phone with them!
Reading Vine
This site has FREE reading sets and passages for grades K-12 and includes reading comprehension questions. Check out the multiples ways you can filter the sets and passages.
Custom Cursor Extension
This cool tool (custom-cursor.com) is available for both Chrome and Edge. Students/Attendees can easily follow you on the screen with a large, colorful cursor. There will be no more lost cursors! The cursor is easy to turn on/off.

***PD/TRAINING/MEETING TIPS AND TRICKS***
Roundtable Discussion
We asked our colleagues on Twitter and via email to share some topics/questions they would be interested in discussing during a roundtable activity and we received over 60 different responses. For our roundtable discussion today, we chose different topics/questions from those that were submitted. But…our room setting today is not conducive to a roundtable discussion, so we chose to use a Padlet to provide you with a method for collaborating! Let’s try it out!
Fun Giveaways
We love giving out inexpensive prizes during PD sessions! If you are having a difficult time getting participants to answer questions, offer ideas, etc., start giving out an inexpensive prize and the hands will fly up!
Tech Tasting
You have probably participated in or read about “Book Tastings”, where students and educators can quickly explore different books. Let’s put a new spin on it! When there are new tech tools that you want to introduce to your staff, use short videos from social media (or make your own), provide participants an assignment with step-by-step directions, and give them a short time to experiment!

NOTE: Always check AI-generated results for accuracy!
Where Do We Shop?
Of course you all know about Amazon and the Dollar Stores, but have you shopped at Trainer’s Warehouse? They have tons of unique supplies to help you in your training adventures!
Scratch-Off Cards
The stickers are from Amazon. Search for scratch-off stickers.
Important note:
Keep the Winner cards separated from the Sorry ones. That way you don't give out more Winner tickets than you have prizes for. Once you have the stickers on, you can't tell them apart.
