Everyday Ignatian
A Young Alumni Retreat Series
Are you looking for a way to unplug a little and connect with yourself?
Sometimes everyday life gets busy and messy. But, as a Jesuit-educated alum, you can lean on Ignatian practices which help to ground you as more loving and just person.
Magis invites you to join alumni in their 20’s and 30’s for a dynamic three-part retreat series focusing on faith and spirituality topics as seen through the Jesuit/Ignatian perspective. Topics will include:
- how to seek and build community
- discovering your vocation
- engaging spiritual practices
Join Magis for conversation, food, practice, and community! Cost is free. You are invited to participate in the entire series, or just attend individual sessions. To register, email Magis.
Retreat #1: Seeking & Building Community
Facilitators: Marilyn Nash, MA & Darrell Goodwin-Moultry, MA
Marilyn (Jesuit Volunteer Corp '92-94, Seattle University '09) and Darrell (Boston College '03, Seattle University '11) know a thing or two when it comes to community! They will guide the conversation from an Ignatian/Jesuit perspective, and will help you to carve out time to reflect on what communities you have already been part of, name joys and challenges of searching for or being part of a community, and consider how to connect with others who can help you to grow into a more loving and just person. We are excited to have Marilyn and Darrell join us!
See below for upcoming retreats.
