The anti feds formed when the articles of confederation was created liked them because they prefered the not too powerful central government because they didn't want a repeat of what england did to them.
Who they fought against
They fought against the federalists over the division of power between state and national government or federalism
Beliefs
They rejected the constitution at first because they thought it was similar to the monarchy of the British with the national government being able to collect taxes and have an army. the Anti federalists hinged on the lack of protection for INDIVIDUAL LIBERTIES in the Constitution.

- They mostly were in rural area
- They seem to have less people because they were in the rural areas and they were in the less populated areas
