Enrollment Report
Currently, the district plans for classes with an overall average of 24 students, knowing that sizes vary depending on grade level, courses, and special programs.
Mr. Moore outlined teacher retention data noting that last year the district saw a larger than normal separation of teachers due to retirements, resignations, or reduction in force.

Facility Master Plan
- Facts - gathering data about the facilities
- Vision - getting input from the Board and the community
- Plan - present criteria and make recommendations
Wold recommended that there be three focus groups based on topics that will be part of the work of the Citizen Advisory Committee:
- Learning spaces
- Community spaces
- Physical conditions
The kick-off meeting will provide an overview of the process and it will be followed by focus groups. At the end of the process, the CAC members will reconvene as a group to report out and discuss how their findings align with the other groups.
By early 2021, the goal is to find solutions that meet the needs of the School Board with recommendations going to the School Board in the spring (April or May).
