June 2018 Updates
End of the Year Message
Each week in the "Week in Review" we talk about staying focused and keeping our composure as we work through the school day. With summer sun in our sights, that is even more important. Let's end this year on a positive note and make the most out of our time at BTES.
Congratulations to all of our 6th grade students who are graduating and moving on to Central Regional Middle School. Your fun loving personalities will be missed! Enjoy the summer and good luck next year!
This summer we challenge all of you to spend time with your families and enjoy all that our community has to offer. Read a new book, take a walk, relax on the beach, swim in the pool, ride a bike, or even catch up on some much needed sleep! Whatever you do, make it amazing :)

Important End of the Year Reminder:
--Your child’s unused medication must be picked up by June 21st or it will be discarded.
--Next school year, you must submit new medication forms signed by your child’s doctor to continue to have medication kept in school. The nurse cannot dispense cough drops or apply sunscreen without a doctor’s order.
--All medication must be labeled properly by the pharmacy with the child’s name on the original container and dropped off at school by a responsible adult. Medication should not be sent in with a student.
--If your child no longer has a food allergy, asthma, or other medical concern, please send in a doctor’s note with this information so we may remove this diagnosis from their record.
--You may print out medication forms from the district website at www.btboe.org. Click the Parent tab, then click Health Services, and then Health Forms.
If you have any questions, please call the nurse at 732-269-2909 Ext. 2005.
