NASSP's Virtual Tour on Wednesday, January 15
The tour is sponsored by the National Association of Secondary Schools Principals (NASSP).
Case was selected this past summer as one of eight schools nationwide to host a virtual tour on social media. Principal Brian McCann will be looking at some of our current programs, personnel and students through the lens of Human Capital Management.
Human Capital Management is one of the tenets of NASSP's new Building Ranks, a comprehensive framework for effective school leaders. Human Capital Management focuses on the growth and development of individuals in a community to support learning and the school community. We will be looking at a few representative areas in which we are sowing the seeds of potential in a variety of stakeholders.
Swansea is the only New England school district that is highlighted this yar.
