Raider Family News
December, 2020 Volume 6
Happy Holiday Raiders!
The safety of our Raider Family has been a focus of our administration and School Resource Officer everyday, but particularly over the past month, where social media posts have created concern both in our school and nation-wide. Please know that we appreciate the care and concern of our families for your children and for each other. Our daily mission is to ensure that your child's education is facilitated in a safe environment and we appreciate your assistance and cooperation. Digital citizenship is critical in today's technological world.
As always, we encourage anyone who sees something of concern on social media to say something. We also encourage families to have conversations about appropriate posting.
Finally, we would also like to take a moment to thank all of you for sharing your students with us. They are remarkable young adults who demonstrate the characteristics of our Vision of the Graduate both in the classroom as well as on athletic fields, musical performances and in our communities. Are there slip-ups along the way? Of course, they are children--but we take each day as a learning opportunity and grow from our missteps. Happiest of Holidays & Happy 2022!! We look forward to celebrating the next year with all of you!
Sincerely,
Dr. Brelsford, Mrs. DoCouto & Mrs. Pereira
