This interactive, fun app allows students to explore making and recording music. These possibilities seem to be endless with this app. Students can choose and put together musical tracks, and other sounds. Or, the can also record live and create their own music and recordings from scratch. It can also be used when creating films, and has a wide array of sound effects. It is a fun, educational way to get our students involved with music and movie making.
VNC Viewer
This mobile app "connects your device to a computer anywhere in the world and displays its desktop, and lets you take control. In situations where students are struggling with computers, a teacher could show them how to do things directly on their screen.

ASSIST
This app is highly helpful for administrative purposes. By taking a screenshot of an answer key, you can begin scanning in students answer keys for immediate scoring. This results are saved, and their data and progress is tracked.
World Wiki
This app gives access to instant information about over 200 countries worldwide. This information includes, but is not limited to, flags, population, maps, native language, motto, and national statistics.
In a social studies classroom, this could prove highly beneficial. It saves time, and is convenient and educational for students.

Blackboard Mobile Learn
Much like Moodle, this administrative app allows students and teachers to interact online, and in a mobile capacity. Students and teachers can "access grades, assignments, coursework, discussion boards, and school announcements" online, whenever they need. This app is free for schools that use their software. This kind of app supports personalized learning: learning better suited to their students own pace. It is also accessible anywhere, anytime and on any device, so it's more universal.
