The Breakout Express Escape Rooms
You've booked the trip of a lifetime; a cross-continental journey on The Breakout Express. As the train winds through beautiful countryside, news spreads of an uproar in the locomotive car. Radicals have taken control of the train. Your team will receive your mission for one of the cars that you’ll need to work together to solve and save the day before time runs out. Can you engineer a last-minute escape?
ALICE IN WONDERLAND ESCAPE ROOM
You and your team have fallen down the rabbit hole and found yourselves in the madcap world of Wonderland. While the Hatter and his friends hold the secret to returning home in their tea party, they have hidden it in order to keep it from the Queen's clutches. Find each of the party-goers teacups and the teapot seized by the Queen for the code to make it home.
You and your team will have 60 minutes to follow the logic of the 4 crazy tea drinkers in order to find Alice's, the White Rabbit, the Cheshire Cat, and the Hatter's teacup. Don't forget you must also find the teapot hidden by the Queen's Card Guard in order to escape! Just remember to use your head and that they are all MAD in Wonderland.

FAQs
WHAT IS AN ESCAPE GAME?
Have you found yourself in a rut when it comes to planning nights out or social gatherings with your friends and loved ones? Are you a business owner looking to motivate your team to achieve bigger goals or work more effectively together in a workspace? Sure, you could schedule a dinner and a movie date or create a powerpoint presentation detailing all the benefits of teamwork, but what about something new?
Escape the Room is a fast-paced, exciting experience for just about everybody. For anyone who hasn’t heard of Escape the Room, you might be wondering, “What is an Escape Room experience?”
Read on and find out why so many Americans are choosing into this experience instead of sitting at home watching Netflix and ordering in pizza.
WHAT IS AN ESCAPE GAME?
What is an escape game? This is a question at the forefront of the minds of people who have heard escape rooms through friends and family members who have experienced the game, and others from magazine articles and advertisements for the experience.
An escape room is a 60-minute experience for groups of people where the goal is to leave or escape the locked room by solving a series of clues, riddles, puzzles, and mind-bending challenges. Each segment of the game builds on the other, and it is critical to work together as a team to escape the room in time.
While you are able to move freely throughout a room, the excitement is in solving a problem before time runs out. Participants feel an instant bond and connection to one another in a shared experience that is not only exciting but fun, too!
do's before the game
If you want to know exactly how to play an escape game, and the bottom line tips and tricks, here are some facts you would go through before signing up for a game. This information isn't meant to spoil the fun of what actually goes on inside the escape room, but rather give insight into what you can do in order to optimize your experience.
- Familiarize yourself with the concept - an escape room is a game played with a group. The foundation is you and a group of friends, co-workers, strangers, or family is locked in a room and given a specific puzzle to figure out before you are "allowed" to leave. Each game has a 60-minute time limit you are given to figure out the puzzles. You are also given clues to guide you to figure out the answers that will get you out before your timer hits zero.
- The game can be a challenge - There are no easy corners to cut in the escape game, but we promise it is a fun and challenging experience. The great news is you are in a group where multiple people have multiple skills, and you are able to use each person's strengths to leverage a WIN.
- Make sure you have a great group - Escape games are all about your group. Do you have a fun group or a group that is boring? You will want to be in a game where you like, or tolerate, the people involved. A great group will make the experience that much better.
- The solution is one-part street smarts, one-part book smarts – This goes back to your group and who you are playing with. Not everyone needs to be a super genius, yet you do have to have someone who is slightly book smart (i.e. a critical thinker) and someone who is street smart.
- It’s not a trick! There is a solution! No, this isn’t some sick joke… you will want to find a solution because there is one. And, it’s probably right under your nose. Sometimes when you think outside the box a little, the solution was there all along.
- You will have 60-minutes, but you might solve it in less time – The game does give you 60 minutes to solve the puzzle, but many groups solve it in less time. If you feel like you are the only group that has taken all the time to solve the puzzle, you’re sorely mistaken! If you think your group is the only one in the history of time NOT to solve the puzzle, you’d also be wrong.
- You should be having fun! This isn’t some crazy, insane game where you will win a million dollars at the end, so have fun and enjoy your company! Not every group solves the puzzle, but it is, of course, encouraged to have lots of fun along the way. This is how the game was designed!
Whether you are looking to try our Escape Games for team building or a social event, you will enjoy the fun-filled, mind-bending, action-packed evening with people you know and love, while flexing those brain muscles. TIPS & TRICKS
- Jump right in!
- Search every nook and cranny of the room for clues.
- However, you will know a clue when you see it. There's no need to destroy the room. Please respect the room and keep it as nice as it was when you walked in.
- Listen to every word!
- Go with the flow! Overthinking results in failure!
- Get a fun group together to play.
- Enjoy!
