Welcome Accreditation Team!
On April 16th and 17th we welcome a team of 6 teachers and principals for our Accreditation Site Visit. We have been preparing for this visit for 2 years and can't wait to show off all of the amazing things our students and staff do on a daily basis. They will tour the building and spend time talking with various students, teachers, staff and parents. Please help us by making sure your child is dressed in their best those days!
Thank YOU!
WOW! Words cannot express how grateful I am for all of the cards, kind words, treats and gifts you all gave me through out the week last week. It is always so wonderful to be appreciated for your efforts and I feel so appreciated! St. Joseph is a wonderful community and I am so blessed to be here with all of you. May God bless each of you for your kindness.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Misha Mercurio
Help us build the best team for next year!

Earth Day Raffle
St. Joseph Student Council is hosting this year's Earth Day Dino Raffle. Tickets can be purchased at school store and all money collected will be donated to ebresearch.org in honor of Archer Brazeau.
Here is a little more about Archer and EB:
Archer Brazeau is 6 years old and was born with EB (Epidermolysis Bullosa). It is a very rare skin condition. Some people call them "butterfly children" because their skin is as fragile as a butterfly wing. He doesn't have the proteins in his body that bind the skin layers together, so he gets skin tears very easily. The skin tears do not heal well and hurt a lot. He needs to wear a lot of dressings.
EB effects all of the body, even the inside, but the worst areas are hands, feet, and mouth.
He is learning to read and write and hopes to start Kindergarten in the fall. He loves to play soccer with his dad and brother and loves to listen to music.
Archer has good doctors in Minnesota, Cincinnati, and California that are working hard to find new medicine to help, but that takes time. The money that we raise and donate to ebresearch.org will help to continue this research.
Thank you to Archer's grandparents, Dick and Val Brazeau, for donating the dinosaurs to the raffle and being strong supporters of St. Joseph. Archer's father, Kirk, is also a St. Joseph alum.
Virtue of the Week: Perseverance
Perseverance means taking the steps necessary to carry out objectives in spite of difficulties!
Dear God,
Help me to wait without complaining, to see You in my neighbor, and to let Your grace enter this moment so that I may not lose my patience.
Amen
