Changes in motion
Chapter 11 Lesson 2
How do forces change?
An objects acceleration equals the net force on the object. If the force increases then the acceleration increases if the mass increases then the acceleration decresses.
Gravity
Although earth and the moon both have gravity earth has a more gravity. You weigh more on the earth than you do on the moon. Gravity is what keeps you from floating around in space.
Newtons Laws of Motion
Newtons First Law of Moition
An object in motion tends to stay in motion and an object in rest tends to stay at rest unless the object is acted on by an outside force
Newtons Second Law of Motion
the acceleration of an object is depend upon the force acting on an object and the mass of an object
Newtons THird Law of Motion
Every action has an oppossite reaction
