Some of the presentations included Indigenous Cultures of Mexico and Central America, and Study, Work, & Travel Abroad. There were also Spanish clapping games and a Latin dance lesson. We enjoyed the EOU choir and band performances and had fajita tacos for lunch. We are currently making papel picado and plan to make horchata next.
