July 16th Tricia Gladstone, MS Boys vs. Girls: Managing Gender Differences in the Classroom
Using the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework participants will learn about neurological and gender factors that contribute to classroom behavioral issues. Common questions will be addressed…“Why is he acting that way?”, “How can I get those girls to stop talking?” The session will review research-based interventions to establish classroom structure, implement classroom strategies, and respond to common classroom misbehavior.
