Participants will analyze the inquiry practices in concert with the disciplinary concept standards of the newly adopted Kentucky Academic Standards for Social Studies. Through inquiry, students are able to unpack the themes of social studies through questioning, investigating, utilizing evidence and communicating claims, preparing our students to be informed and engaged citizens. Participants will have the opportunity to explore inquiry practices and related resources.
