Holiday Assistance Survey
During these trying economic times, it seems like more families are finding it hard to make ends meet. If your family is in need of a little help during this holiday season and would like support, please fill out this survey. All information will be kept confidential. It is not guaranteed that all families will receive assistance, we will try our best to help as many families as possible (depending on the response and level of need). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at holcombb@usd385.org or 316-218-4630 ext.2
