Summer School Registration Update
Families who made requests for 2024 MASD Summer Adventures and Summer Camps -- including the E3 program at Eagleville -- during the priority registration window can now view their child’s schedules in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Families who have not yet requested classes for Summer Adventures and are looking to register now:
Families who did not register during the priority registration window may begin to request classes. During this registration period for Summer Adventures, families must use our Google Registration Form. Some classes are now filled and others have very limited availability. Please check the MASD Summer Adventures Course Catalog for updates regarding class availability. Registration for Summer Adventures closes April 30!

MASD currently has positions available in food service and buildings and grounds.

Student Learning Administrative Assistant:
MASD is seeking an administrative assistant for the student learning department. The position will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities, including the management of the department budget, assistance with state and federal reporting, and support for the district's summer school program. Summer Part-Time Opportunities:
The Mukwonago Area School District currently has openings for part-time summer custodial and grounds support staff. This can be a great opportunity for high school and college students to earn money over the summer. Opportunities of 20 and 40-hour weeks are available. Training will be provided. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour. Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age to apply. MHS Hosts Murder on the Orient Express This Weekend
This weekend, the Mukwonago High School Theatre Department presents Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express, with performances Thursday through Saturday (April 18-20) at 7 p.m. and a matinee Sunday, April 21, at 2 p.m. All performances are at the Greenwald Foundation PAC.

Mukwonago YMCA Hosts Free Safety Around Water Community Day
Join the Mukwonago YMCA on Saturday, May 4, for a fun and educational Safety Around Water Day. During this free event, children ages 3 and up will participate in activities and exercises led by YMCA staff designed to teach basic water safety skills that help reduce the risk of drowning -- a leading cause of death for children under 12.
The 60-minute program includes boating safety, how to properly wear a life jacket, how to float, how to get to safety in a pool, and more.

Parents United Hosts Ferrari Brain with Bicycle Brakes Presentation
Parents United's May workshop is Tuesday, May 7, at 9 a.m. and features Dr. Patric Mattek. Dr. Mattek, a clinical psychologist, will discuss the nature and neurobiology of the Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and our brain’s executive functions. The impact of potential deficits in executive functioning will be discussed, as will the construct of ADHD. Youth with deficits in executive functioning can face significant challenges in school, socially, and at home. Dr. Mattek will discuss potential interventions and strategies for promoting success across those domains.
